For non complicated designs, with not more than 4 colours, we will recommend Silkscreen Printing as it would be the most economical option. Silkscreen printing is longer lasting and colour gradient accuracy will be better as per Pantone code.

For full colour designs, such as design with gradient or photography images, we will propose Heat Transfer printing. Certain designs that require special effect such as gold foil will be printed using Heat Transfer printing as well. For Heat Transfer printing, there might be approximately a 1-2mm border around the print, depending on the design. As this is due to print limitation, we will advise accordingly on the print method to be used based on your design sent to us.
