Print Methods for Comfy Custom Cotton TShirt Printing

Silkscreen Printing

We print any design of your choice on our t-shirts. For simple, single-coloured designs, we recommend Silkscreen printing as the most economical choice. This print method is also recommended for designs less than 4 colours and has a MOQ of 30pc. Below are some examples of Silkscreen printing.

Heat Transfer

Heat Transfer printing is ideal for full colour designs such as gradient or photography images. Also, it is ideal for designs with more variations such as class T-shirt with individual names. An approx 2mm border may be required around the design to fulfill the print requirement for the best result.

It is a more cost-effective option for lower quantity orders with a MOQ of 30pc on ready available stock. However, it is of a higher cost compared to Silkscreen printing. Below are some of the examples of Heat Transfer printing.

Direct-To-Garment (DTG) Printing

DTG printing works best on white (preferred) or cream colour fabric. We are able to print a full colour design without the need of a border. E.g. gradient, photography images. DTG requires a MOQ of at least 30pc. Below are some of the examples of DTG printing.
