Types of Printing Methods
Embroidery
Embroidey is one of the most popular styles in today’s market. Featuring a pop-up feel, it gives vibrancy to the solid colours. What’s the best part? It is thw longest lasting out of all print methods as it is sewn onto the bag!
Silkscreen Printing
The silkscreen printing method is suitable for simple single-colour designs or designs up to 4 colours. It is a more economical choice, especially for larger quantities. Silkscreen printing can bed one on any bag colour. It gives a long-lasting and solid colour print outcome. Suitable for design or company logo that is strictly required to be printed in Pantone code.
Heat Transfer Printing
The Heat Transfer printing method is suitable for full-colour designs with gradient or photography images. It can be printed on any fabric colour with high vibrancy. The print limitation of heat transfer printing is that it requires a 1-2mm border around the artwork. It also costs more than silkscreen printing in general.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
We will advise DTG for full-colour designs with gradient or photography images as well. It will be able to capture the smallest details in your design, with a more fabric-feel finish. The only limitation to DTG is that it can only be done on white (preferred) or cream fabric.
