Printing methods

Heat Transfer

Heat Transfer is suitable for full colour designs. These designs refer to ones that consists of many colours and require extreme detail to be reflected. Heat Transfer is more cost-effective, though it is prone to wear and tear after a few years of consistent wear. Lastly, heat transfer requires an approx 2mm border around the entire design. This is to ensure that the design is fully printed.

Silkscreen Printing

For simple, single colour designs (or generally designs that have less than 4 colours, we will recommend you to go for Silkscreen printing. Not only is it longer-lasting than Heat Transfer, it is the most cost-effective. This printing method gives a textured finishing , is less prone to wear and tear as compared to heat transfer.

Embroidery

Embroidery method is sewing on your designs directly onto the shirt. It is (in general) the most aesthetic-looking. However, it is less popular of a method to be chosen for outdoor t shirts. (Though you can always be different!)
