The customised water bottle was one that we had to source for as our clients had requested for a dumbbell shaped bottle. The priority was to find a bottle that is not only shaped like a dumbbell but is also BPA free which is safe for liquid consumption.

As the bottle is curved, the printing surface area naturally becomes very limited. We had to edit the size of the logo so that it fits nicely with its details clearly visible when printing. Our client wanted a striking orange color for the logos but we had to manage their expectations due to the printing method chosen. When printing on a black base surface using the silkscreen print method, colors tend to become duller when printed out.

The customised pin was designed with our client’s company logo. BMDP had requested to use magnets instead of needle pins as they do not want leave holes in their donors’ shirts or bags. The words ‘CERTIFIED SUPERHERO’ highlights the donors’ significant contribution. Even though the badge is a mere 2cm wide, we were able to produce all the details with good visibility.

The badges were then being packaged in fully customised boxes with foil embossing and a metallic finish. The end result are two uniquely customised corporate gifts that was met with praise by our client.
